Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management or related role within the technology industry.
• Full professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of program management methodologies; PMP, PgMP or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs across North America and Asia, managing plans, timelines, KPIs, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Serve as a liaison between North America and Asia teams, supporting bilingual communication and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Develop program documentation, dashboards, and risk tracking; drive collaboration across engineering, sales, finance and operations.
