Job summary

Qualifications

• Broad, thorough knowledge of business principles in manufacturing, engineering or program coordination.
• 3 years global business experience in the automotive industry.
• Travel: Average as needed; Language: Spanish/English; Japanese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers to achieve objectives, milestones, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate GPMS activity and support tasks across manufacturing and functional groups.
• Track program schedules, open issues, action items, engineering changes, and launch activities.
• Monitor program metrics, timing, project risks, and customer satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate customer visits to manufacturing facilities.
• Prepare Program Status reports and presentations for management.
• Coordinate and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support transfer activities of production lines.
• Support other projects, tasks and duties as assigned
