Qualifications

• Advanced SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, logistics, negotiation, communication, and organizational planning.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels, aging stock, excess and obsolete materials, and procurement KPIs.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to internal and external customers.
• Coach and train buyers on procurement processes, SOPs, Lean, C-TPAT, and ISO requirements.
• Manage supplier and customer escalations, including contract negotiations, AP issues, and supply challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to meet delivery commitments and customer expectations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality, environmental, health and safety, and regulatory requirements.
