Job summary

Fuller Technologies, Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a Procurement Manager to lead day-to-day purchasing for projects and to drive supplier coordination, expediting, and delivery while guiding a procurement team. You will ensure cost, quality, and schedule targets are met and collaborate across functions to support project execution.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, plus 3+ years in procurement, with strong negotiation and cross-functional skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day purchasing activities for projects, ensuring on-time orders.
• Supervise and develop procurement staff, coordinate team workload.
• Review requirements, obtain supplier quotations, and support supplier selection.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery with suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve quality, delivery, and cost issues.
• Oversee import/export logistics and trade compliance to minimize risk.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Execution, Logistics, Quality, and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Support proposals by obtaining pricing and lead times.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and procurement process improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and support regional/global procurement initiatives.
