Job summary

Clorox is seeking an experienced Procurement Category Manager for Food Ingredients and Agricultural Products to lead global sourcing strategies for a $140M–$170M raw material portfolio. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive supply continuity, value, innovation, and sustainability while guiding hedging, forecasting, negotiations, and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

6+ years in global sourcing of direct materials (Raw Materials, Packaging).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Agribusiness, Economics or related fields.
Manufacturing environment experience.
Experience presenting to senior leadership.
Experience with RFPs, cost models, negotiations, and contracts.
Knowledge of commodity hedging (agricultural commodities preferred).
Strong leadership and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead procurement strategies for the Food Ingredients & Agricultural Products category.
Translate business strategies into an aligned category strategy.
Interact with senior management and external partners across levels.
Lead procurement tools design, execution, and value delivery.
Drive projects to improve value delivery across spend portfolio.
Lead strategic supplier relationships and capability development.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities in cost models and processes.
Act as liaison between R&D and Procurement to reflect needs in category plans.
Support actions required to address P2P issues (payments/invoices).
