Sensient Technologies is seeking a dynamic Category Manager to lead global category strategies for food ingredients and indirect spend. You will partner with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Finance to support growth and drive cost efficiency across teams and regions.

Your role includes guiding RFPs, supplier selections, and negotiations, while leveraging SRM techniques to maximize value and ensure service levels align with Sensient’s objectives.

Formación

• 3+ years of procurement category management experience, including strategic sourcing.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English at business level.
• Experience delivering savings year over year and partnering with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute category strategies for food ingredients and indirect spend.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Lead RFPs, RFQs, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.
• Analyze market trends and cost drivers to reduce total cost of ownership.
• Manage strategic sourcing processes from sourcing to performance evaluation.
• Build long-term supplier relationships to drive innovation and value.
