Job summary

OPmobility in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a BG Program PMO Manager to define, govern and continuously improve the organization's project management methodologies across acquisition, development, industrialization and serial production lifecycles.

As the Business Owner of OPTIXXX, you will ensure methodology consistency, drive process excellence, and coordinate cross-functional teams—Engineering, Quality, IT and Manufacturing—to enable efficient, globally standardized project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in automotive industry.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives in a global environment.
• Familiarity with APQP methodology and automotive product development processes.

Responsibilities

• Govern OPTIXXX PMO governance, methodologies, and tools.
• Coordinate acquisition, product development, industrialization, and serial modification processes to align with objectives.
• Ensure methodologies remain compliant with OPTIXXX requirements and business group needs.
• Lead evaluation, approval, and implementation of major methodology enhancements and new initiatives.
• Promote cross-functional alignment and active participation for significant process evolutions.
• Drive OPTIXXX governance committees and foster collaboration and best-practice sharing.
