Crealis Group is seeking an Industrial Controller – North America to join our Finance team and drive operational and financial performance across manufacturing sites in Mexico and the United States.

You will partner with plants and leadership to turn operational data into actionable insights, ensuring robust financial governance and continuous improvement across the region. English and Spanish fluency are essential, with 30–40% travel across NA.

Formación

• 4–7 years of experience in Industrial Controlling, Manufacturing Finance, or Plant Controlling.
• Strong knowledge of industrial costing, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Excellent Excel skills; SAP and Power BI are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage standard costing processes and perform variance analysis.
• Monitor and control industrial cost centers.
• Analyze productivity, scrap, efficiency, labor utilization and manufacturing performance.
• Prepare monthly industrial and financial reporting packages for management.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and performance review processes.
• Support CAPEX evaluation and investment decisions.
• Analyze profitability by product, process, customer and plant.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and performance monitoring.
• Contribute to automation, digitalization and business intelligence projects.
• Partner with local leadership to identify opportunities for improvement.

Shape the financial performance of a growing manufacturing business across North America!

At Crealis, we are looking for an Industrial Controller – North America to join our Finance team and play a key role in driving operational and financial performance across our manufacturing operations in Mexico and the United States.

Reporting to the Head of Group Controlling & Consolidation, you will act as a true business partner to the plants, helping transform operational data into actionable insights and ensuring robust financial governance across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage standard costing processes and perform variance analysis.
• Monitor and control industrial cost centers.
• Analyze productivity, scrap, efficiency, labor utilization and manufacturing performance.
• Prepare monthly industrial and financial reporting packages for management.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and performance review processes.
• Support capital expenditure (CAPEX) evaluation and investment decisions.
• Analyze profitability by product, process, customer and plant.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and performance monitoring.
• Contribute to automation, digitalization and business intelligence projects.
• Partner with local leadership teams to identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in Industrial Controlling, Manufacturing Finance, or Plant Controlling within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial costing, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus.
• Advanced English and Spanish with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across Mexico and the United States.
• Analytical mindset, strong business partnering skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable operating in a multicultural, fast-paced environment and driving results through collaboration.
• Availability to travel 30–40% within North America, primarily across Mexico and the United States

Salary range: $50,000.00 and $60,000.00 pesos per month
