Trafigura Group seeks a data-driven Operations Performance Analyst to centralize KPI reporting across global terminals. You will consolidate KPIs, automate data collection, and prepare dashboards to support performance reviews by the Operations Performance Manager.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with Power BI/Tableau, and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems. English and bilingual communication are essential in a diverse, fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Advanced MS Excel, data analysis and dashboarding skills.
• Experience in KPI reporting and automated dashboards.
• Knowledge of WMS and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Blue Yonder).
• Strong English and bilingual communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Performance Monitoring (KPIs) and Reporting (High Priority).
• Consolidation of Operational KPIs: centralize and automate weekly/monthly data collection.
• Preparation of Preliminary Reports: process raw data to generate charts and tables for review.
• Identify Deviations: detect significant variations, anomalies, or drops in terminal performance.
• Support in Business Analysis and Project Tracking: map resources, capacity, and constraints across terminals.
• Terminal Support and Systems Management (WMS and other systems).
• First-Level Document Support: provide access to manuals and procedures.
• Best Practices Repository: maintain a centralized SOPs database.
• Information Flow Management: ensure timely data requests between terminals.
• Documentation in Meetings: prepare minutes and data for review committees.
• Preparation of Checklists: organize documents for site visits and audits.
• Support in Training Materials: help assemble training content for future leaders.
