Trafigura seeks a data- and analytics-focused Operations Analyst to centralize KPI reporting across its terminal network. You will automate data collection and build dashboards to facilitate reviews by the Operations Performance Manager.

The role involves identifying performance deviations, supporting business analyses, and organizing resources and SOPs for multiple terminals, in a fast-paced global environment.

Formación

• Advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience creating dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with WMS and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder).
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Consolidate and automate weekly or monthly operational KPIs from global operations.
• Prepare preliminary reports with charts, tables, and dashboards for review.
• Identify deviations, anomalies or drops in terminal performance.
• Support in business analysis and project tracking across terminals.
• Map resources, capacity, and constraints to support analyses of opportunities.
• Provide first-level technical support and maintain SOPs for terminals.
