Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, supply chain, or management consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with clients at all levels.
• Experience leading small teams or delivering projects.
• Experience prioritizing tasks in a collaborative environment.
• Strong MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive automotive-operations projects focusing on production optimization and meeting customer requirements.
• Analyze and optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Assess workflows and identify gaps to propose actionable solutions.
• Design and implement process improvements across supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or service delivery.
• Oversee inventory control, shipping/receiving, and workforce management on projects.
• Evaluate vendor and supplier performance to support procurement optimization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
