Novelis is hiring a Supply Chain - Network Planner (m/f/d) for Beverage & Packaging. You will develop production plans, optimize replenishment, and collaborate across the organization to improve forecast accuracy and service levels.

The role requires a university degree in SCM/Operations/Industrial Engineering, experience in supply chain, and strong analytical skills. Knowledge of SAP (PDPS/APO DP) and data visualization tools is a plus, with opportunities for growth in a hybrid work setup.

Formación

• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Industrial Engineering.
• Initial experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations management.
• Strong ability to understand complex problems with advanced analytical skills.
• Collaborative team player and excellent communicator.
• Fluent English; German and/or French a plus.
• Knowledge in SAP modules (PDPS, APO DP) and integration of ERP systems.
• Experience with digitization, robotic automation (RPA), visualization tools like PowerBI/Tableau and coding (Python/C++) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the production plan to meet service levels for customers.
• Contribute to process improvement and optimization projects.
• Maintain replenishment strategy at defined stock level via statistical analysis.
• Optimize service level delivery at the lowest possible costs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve forecast planning and processes.
• Orchestrate metal flow across the supply chain network to meet targets (capacity, inventory, cost).
• Develop and operate tools to model scenarios and determine supply chain results.
