HSBC in Mexico City seeks a dedicated professional to support Global Network Banking (GNB) bankers in maintaining and expanding a portfolio of 25-30 complex clients. You will help deliver cash management, payroll, FX and derivatives, credit and lending, trade and supply chain solutions, insurance and investments, while upholding HSBCs global standards.

You will work with senior bankers to strengthen client relationships, ensure timely data maintenance across CRM platforms, and assist in CDD/KYC

Formación

Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness.
Ability to interact with business customers at all levels.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent time management, planning and organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to deliver innovative customer solutions.
Advanced English language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

Support 3 bankers with a portfolio of 25-30 GNB clients to provide local banking solutions.
Assist bankers to manage customer relationships and anticipate needs.
Ensure accurate maintenance of customer information across bank systems and CRM reporting.
Support compliance with Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
