TE Connectivity is seeking a Global CoE Molding Leader to drive advanced molding processes across the ICT business. This role will establish lean standards, optimize performance, and collaborate across regions to deliver cost-effective, scalable molding solutions.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in engineering and 8+ years in related roles, with strong injection molding expertise and a proven ability to lead across a matrix organization. Willingness to travel 25–50% is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Polymer Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in engineering, manufacturing engineering or process development roles.
• Experience in global or multi-site manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong background in injection molding technologies, machines, tooling, processes, and manufacturing operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Global CoE Molding to drive advanced molding processes across the ICT business.
• Establish global standards and best practices for molding machines, tooling, processes and controls.
• Champion Lean Transformation and drive automation and process concepts that reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to accelerate innovation and continuous improvement.
• Develop talent through coaching, mentoring, and structured problem solving across regions.
• Travel globally (25–50%) to support sites, projects, and supplier collaboration.
