PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking a People Operations - International Mobility Senior Associate to lead onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance within a global mobility context. You will optimize HRIS platforms, analyze HR data, and partner with cross-functional teams to align with regulatory requirements across geographies.

You will build client relationships, mentor others, and navigate complex situations while leveraging analytics to influence strategic HR decisions

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Law or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in international or global mobility.
• Working knowledge of mobility legislation and compliance requirements.
• Oral and written proficiency in English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting global mobility operations within a professional services environment: processes, complexities, and logistics of international mobility, combined with a collaborative mindset suited to working across a networked organization.
• Managing the implementation and optimization of HR information systems to enhance operational efficiency
• Leveraging data analytics to provide insights and support strategic decision-making in HR processes
• Coordinating HR projects and confirming alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Utilizing project management skills to streamline HR operations and improve employee experience
• Developing and maintaining employee records management policies to validate compliance with labor laws
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovation in HR practices
• Supporting the integration of AI-human collaboration tools to enhance HR service delivery
• Analyzing complex HR data sets to inform recommendations and optimize workforce management strategies
• Building meaningful relationships with internal stakeholders to address HR inquiries and issues effectively
• Facilitating the adoption of advanced analytics techniques to support HRIS data management and reporting
