The Kraft Heinz Company seeks a senior leader to shape and execute the global Marketing process excellence and transformation agenda within Commercial GBS. You will build a multi-year roadmap across standardization, continuous improvement, and digital enablement, partnering with Global Growth & Omni functions, Zone Business Partners, GBS Capabilities, and Tech.

Formación

• Master’s degree is required (MBA, Economics, Marketing preferred).
• 10+ years in commercial/marketing operations, analytics/insights, strategy, transformation, and/or process excellence.
• Demonstrated experience leading global/regional transformation with quantified outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of Marketing processes: analytics, consumer & shopper insights, content ops, activation ops, social intelligence, ecommerce/digital.

Responsabilidades

• Owns and executes the global Marketing process excellence roadmap within Commercial GBS.
• Drives a 3-year portfolio of initiatives acrossExpansion, Digital enablement, and Process Transformation.
• Establishes POD model for process discovery, deep dives, and requirements; translates needs into functional requirements and designs.
