Why this role exists

Our AI Safety Services team helps frontier model builders ship responsibly—without losing speed. We need a full-stack, full-funnel marketer who can generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and cement TaskUs as the trusted voice of safe AI. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Client Services, RevOps and Products & Services, you’ll design, orchestrate and execute campaigns, events, and content that move prospects from curiosity to closed‑won. Your mission: turn TaskUs from the AI industry\'s best‑kept secret into the first name executives think of when they need support achieving safe, scalable AI solutions.

The impact you’ll make
  • Drive full-funnel growth: Create scalable campaigns and ABM plays that deliver qualified leads and influence pipeline, customer lifetime value and bookings.

  • Accelerate conversion: Equip GTM teams with messaging, content, and sequences that reduce sales cycle time and increase ACV.

  • Level-up systems: Optimize Salesforce and marketing automation workflows to ensure accurate tracking, lead routing, and visibility across the buyer journey.

  • Own the narrative: Build TaskUs’ position as the go-to partner for high-velocity, safe AI—across events, webinars, media, and thought leadership.

What you’ll do
  • Lead ABM and field marketing programs— executive dinners, roadshows, webinars, and campaigns mapped to priority accounts and pipeline stages.

  • Collaborate and Partner with Sales & Client Services to develop precise messaging, curate account lists, and orchestrate coordinated outbound and retargeting efforts.

  • Own the event lifecycle— from ideation and vendor management to budget tracking, logistics, audience acquisition, and sales follow-up.

  • Partner with RevOps to improve Salesforce campaign tracking, lead scoring, lead-to-account matching, and attribution reporting.

  • Analyze, optimize, iterate, and scale— build dashboards to track MQL > SQL > Opp progression, uncover bottlenecks, and drive smarter investment decisions.

  • Systematize GTM motion— document and templatize successful programs for repeatable pipeline generation and growth at scale.

Experiences you’ll bring
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing in tech, AI, SaaS, or tech-enabled services, with a strong mix of demand generation, field, and revenue marketing.

  • Proven success running multi-channel, data-driven growth programs that map to complex, high-value deal cycles.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce architecture, including campaign management, lead routing, and multi-touch attribution.

  • Experience using AI-native tools (Clay, Gong, Clari et al) and AI-enabled capabilities in Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, and lead enrichment, routing, intent and nurture tools (e.g., 6sense, ZoomInfo, LeanData, Pardot).

  • Strong collaboration history with Sales, Client Services, Marketing, and RevOps to drive outcomes.

Core skills you\'ll need
  • Full-cycle program ownership— from strategic planning and execution to post-mortem optimization.

  • Sharp messaging for AI/technical buyers: translate technical differentiators into business impact.

  • Funnel analysis & experimentation: fluent in metrics like CPL, MQL-to-SQL, and opp velocity, and you optimize accordingly.

  • Process-oriented: you improve Salesforce workflows, tighten campaign operations, and help teams make better data-driven decisions.

  • Project management: You juggle multiple priorities, stakeholders, and timelines with confidence.

Nice to have: Marketing to AI, compliance or engineering personas. Familiarity with AI safety frameworks or risk mitigation principles. Experience building verticalized campaigns or industry-specific content tracks.
