A global manufacturing and supply chain company in Monterrey is seeking a Technical Project Manager – Manufacturing to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality mechanical parts. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and 3-5 years in manufacturing project management. Responsibilities include managing project plans, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality standards. Strong CNC machining and injection molding experience is required, as well as bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. This on-site position offers exposure to complex projects and global customers.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal, or tooling.
• 2–3 years of experience in a project management role within manufacturing.
• Experience in NPI/NPD and APQP within production environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end execution of manufacturing projects.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans.
• Serve as the primary customer interface.
