You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations while keeping stakeholders aligned.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in product development or NPI/NPD, manufacturing experience, and advanced English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years leading Product Development or NPI/NPD projects.
• Strong project management across scope, budget, schedule, resources, and risks.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex NPD projects from concept to manufacturing launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, commercial teams, and customers.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate project status and milestones to stakeholders globally.
