Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage inbound/outbound shipments and coordinate with 3PL to fulfill production orders in Mexicali. You will ensure compliance with export/import, prepare shipping documents, and monitor shipment progress to meet customer demand.

The role requires a minimum of three years in supply chain/logistics, proficiency in SAP and MS Office, and fluent English and Malay communication. Independent, analytical problem-solving is key for success.

Qualifications

Three years of experience in Supply Chain (Logistic/Warehouse).
Experience in Logistics/Shipping/Warehouse is an added advantage.
Ability to rectify Customs related issues and HTS code classification.
Proficient in SAP and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

Prepare shipments with Planner or Customer Advocate per ship plan.
Coordinate with 3PL logistics team to identify goods based on inventory.
Generate Delivery Note, Commercial Invoice, Packing List and related docs.
Understand shipping instructions for each order in system.
Arrange cargo pickup with freight carriers/forwarders per incoterm and track shipments.
Ensure compliance for Export/Import and Bonded shipments.
Select correct pick items per pull order request with 3PL teams.
Monitor materials packing and shipping per schedule.
Investigate and resolve issues with shipments or warehouse.
Collect and record KPI data.
File all shipping documents for audit purposes.
Adhere to quality, health & safety, code of conduct, legal stipulations, 5S.
Other duties as assigned.
