Job summary

Barry Callebaut Group is seeking a Global Logistics CI PM - Process Intelligence to lead data-driven continuous improvement across global transportation operations. You will enable end-to-end visibility of transportation processes, identify inefficiencies and value leakage, and translate insights into a prioritized improvement pipeline.

In this role, you will work across regions and functions to harmonize processes, optimize cost and service performance, and drive scalable improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in SCM, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in global transportation or logistics operations.
• At least 4 years in process design or efficiency programs.
• Proven project management and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Strong Celonis or similar process mining tools, TMS platforms, and SAP data knowledge.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and value quantification.
• Knowledge of transport operations across multiple modes (sea, bulk, temperature-controlled).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end visibility of global transportation processes using process mining tools to monitor performance and identify deviations.
• Analyze operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, manual interventions, lead time variances, and cost leakage drivers.
• Drive structured regional follow-up to support consistent execution of global transportation standards.
• Enhance Global Transportation Excellence standards and identify adoption or performance gaps across regions.
• Quantify financial and operational impact of improvement opportunities, including cost, service, productivity, and working capital benefits.
• Apply standardized methodologies for value calculation and baseline management.
• Consolidate and prioritize improvement opportunities based on value, feasibility, and scalability.
• Leverage data from process mining platforms, OTM, SAP, and related systems to generate actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical models aligned with business needs.
• Provide fact-based recommendations to stakeholders and support governance, tracking, and realization of continuous improvement initiatives.
