• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred.
• Experience with process mining tools and data-driven improvement.
• Strong analytical and dashboard development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end visibility of global transportation processes using process mining to monitor performance and identify deviations.
• Analyze operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, lead times, and cost leakage to drive improvements.
• Drive structured regional follow-up to ensure execution of global transportation standards.
• Enhance Global Transportation Excellence standards and identify adoption or performance gaps.
• Quantify financial and operational impact of improvement opportunities (cost, service, productivity, working capital).
• Apply standardized methodologies for value calculation and baseline management.
• Prioritize improvement opportunities based on value, feasibility, and scalability.
• Leverage data from process mining platforms, OTM, SAP, and related systems to generate actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical models aligned with business needs.
• Provide fact-based recommendations to stakeholders and support governance and realization of CI initiatives.
