Flowserve Corporation is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to lead daily shipping office activities and coordinate logistics for domestic and international orders. You will act as a liaison between site shipping and the Global Logistics team, ensuring accurate documentation, records, and timely shipments.

The role requires 3+ years in shipping, import/export compliance, and strong MS Excel/ERP skills. It offers a collaborative, cross-functional environment with opportunities to optimize freight

Formación

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Previous shipping experience.
• Previous Import and Export Compliance experience.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and an ERP system.

Responsabilidades

• Lead/coordinate activities between the shipping floor and office.
• Liaise between site shipping department and Global Logistics Department.
• Prepare documentation and maintain shipping records.
• Coordinate logistics for product shipment and freight, domestic and international.
• Review open customer orders daily to meet shipping schedules.
• Communicate shipping volumes with Logistics leadership to optimize resources.
• Ensure compliance with Freight Payment Policy and audit freight bills.
