Nidec Motor Corporation in Monterrey is seeking a logistics professional to plan and manage the full order and shipment cycle for internal and external customers. You will oversee import/export tracking, scheduling, and coordination across warehouses and carriers.

The role requires planning skills, knowledge of trade compliance, and the ability to work under pressure while communicating clearly in writing. Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Day Shift in Mexico working schedule.

Formación

• Knowledge of trade compliance, foreign trade, logistics and CTPAT or AEO security certifications.
• Ability to plan and organize workflows and resources.
• Ability to establish and assign actions to achieve objectives with given resources and deadlines.
• Resilience under time pressure and demanding situations.
• Clear written communication of ideas and decisions.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize situations and problems.

Responsabilidades

• Import/Export Tracking: monitor guides for incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Import item scheduling: prioritize plant emergencies and generate loading orders.
• Import Transportation Scheduling: coordinate import movements with warehouse.
• Container Transport Scheduling: manage dispatch and scheduling for multiple ports.
• Export Transport Scheduling: coordinate exports by land or air.
• Provider, Payment and Claims Management: quote logistics providers and audit carrier accounts.
