Baxter Healthcare in Mexico is seeking an IT Software & Services Procurement Manager to lead global sourcing, supplier management, and category strategy for software, SaaS, and IT services.

You will balance strategic thinking with execution, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable value through cost management, risk reduction, and optimized technology investments in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years in IT procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of software licensing, SaaS, and IT services contracting.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements.
• Experience collaborating with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global sourcing for software, SaaS, and IT services.
• Negotiate supplier agreements and pricing to achieve cost savings.
• Develop category strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Build relationships with technology partners to drive value.
• Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities for opportunities.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management in procurement.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and business teams.
• Provide guidance on procurement processes and decision making.
