Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of Category strategies.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to build a pipeline of cost-saving opportunities.
• Analytical approach with the ability to assess market trends and supplier capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with senior management and other key stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with BD's roadmap across multiple sites.
• Pipeline Development: Create long-term plans to support organizational goals and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• SRM: Strengthen supplier partnerships to enhance performance and drive cost optimization.
• Supplier Development & Compliance: Lead supplier qualification processes and ensure regional suppliers meet standards.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts effectively with vendors and suppliers.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to support procurement goals.
