Baxter Healthcare in Mexico is seeking a Lead IT Internal Auditor to join our Global Internal Audit team. You will lead technology-focused audit engagements across the enterprise, partnering with audit leadership and business partners.

The role evaluates technology risks, cybersecurity controls, cloud environments, privacy practices, and emerging technologies including AI, delivering high-quality audits and actionable insights.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 7+ years of IT audit, technology risk, or related assurance experience.
• Proven track record of leading complex audit engagements in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud services, privacy, and data governance.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business risks and actions.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
• Analytical thinking and sound professional judgment.
• One or more relevant certifications (CISA, CIA, CRISC, CISSP, CISM) or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken; willingness to travel ~10%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT, cybersecurity, privacy, OT, and integrated audits from planning to reporting.
• Evaluate risks across cloud platforms, apps, IAM, cybersecurity operations, data management.
• Assess effectiveness of ITGCs, application controls, and automated controls.
• Analyze governance for emerging technologies including AI; ensure responsible innovation.
• Partner with leaders to identify root causes and develop actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to enterprise risk assessments and annual audit planning.
• Coach and review audit team members, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Communicate findings clearly to management and support risk mitigation.
