OPmobility is seeking an IT Infrastructure Operations Specialist to oversee datacenter and server room operations across regions. You will provide L2/L3 support for physical and virtual servers, manage cloud services, and drive disaster recovery and business continuity.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in IT infrastructure, VMware Cloud Foundation experience, and relevant certifications. Strong documentation, collaboration with regional teams, and adherence to IT standards are essential.

Formación

• 3–5 years of IT infrastructure management experience.
• Experience with datacenter, server management and cloud services.
• VCF experience and relevant certifications (e.g., VCP/VCAP, MCSE, RHCSA/RHCE).
• Knowledge of IT standards, cybersecurity, backup and recovery practices.
• Strong documentation and cross-regional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• DC and server room infrastructure operations management.
• Provide L2/L3 support for physical and virtual servers; provisioning, configuration, deployment.
• Manage integration and operation of cloud services; ensure connectivity and performance.
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Ensure adherence to IT standards, policies and best practices defined at Group level.
• Coordinate with regional IT teams for service delivery across regions.
• Support regional teams in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
