Keywords Studios is seeking an experienced Server Infrastructure Administrator to support IT Infra across Windows and Linux, on-premise and cloud, delivering 2nd line incident response and service delivery. The role emphasizes automation, virtualization, and CI/CD tooling to ensure highly available server environments.

You will manage Active Directory, GPOs, storage, and backup solutions while collaborating with studios to implement infrastructure projects and maintain up-to-date standards

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years' experience in Server Infrastructure administration (Windows and Linux).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Stack: Active Directory, GPOs, DHCP, DNS, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Linux server administration (Ubuntu, RHEL), basic Bash or Python scripting, and command-line troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with server hardware provisioning and out-of-band management (iDRAC/HP iLO).
• Storage architectures (SAN/NAS) and network storage protocols (iSCSI, NFS, SMB/CIFS).
• Data Backup/DR solutions (Veeam, Commvault).
• Experience with ServiceNow for operations, incidents, and requests.
• Automation/configuration management with Ansible.
• Version control and CI/CD systems: Perforce, GitLab, Jenkins; change management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; gaming industry awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure escalated incidents are resolved within SLAs.
• Provide expert Windows/Linux server support and 2nd line incident response.
• Collaborate with vendors for problem resolution and participate in Problem management.
• Support on-premises and cloud server infrastructure (Windows 30% Linux).
• Administer high-availability server landscapes and storage hardware lifecycle (Dell/HP/Synology).
• Manage AD, GPOs, DHCP, DNS; design and implement changes.
• Deliver services per business requirements and collaborate on infra projects.
• Lead virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and CI/CD infra (Perforce, GitLab, Jenkins).
• Implement infrastructure automation with Ansible; streamline provisioning and maintenance.
• Create/testing documentation for system designs and troubleshooting procedures.
