IHG Hotels & Resorts seeks a senior IP Paralegal to lead global enforcement efforts, manage our trademark domain strategy, and coordinate Anaqua usage across the Global IP team. The role requires extensive in-house experience, legal acumen, and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Education includes a Bachelor's degree and a Paralegal certificate, with 10+ years in trademark work. The position supports a hybrid work model and offers comprehensive benefits.

• 10+ years' experience as in-house trademark paralegal.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global IP enforcement and manage watch notices and evidence bank.
• Oversee trademark clearance and domain name strategy for top gTLDs/ccTLDs.
• Serve as lead for Anaqua database training and reporting.
• Manage US copyright filings and a portfolio of patents; ensure IP guidelines.
• Act as first line of communications in defensive actions for IP cases.
