IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced in-house IP Paralegal to oversee global enforcement and defense against third-party infringement. You will manage trademark and copyright matters, lead enforcement programs, and coordinate with global IP counsel and internal stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and a Paralegal certificate, with 10+ years in-house trademark paralegal experience. Hybrid work model and international scope are available.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate required.
• 10+ years in-house trademark paralegal experience.
• Experience with Anaqua software.
• Excellent judgment and analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• High interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Global IP enforcement for the company, including watch notices and evidence bank.
• Assist domain name strategy for registrations in top gTLDs and ccTLDs.
• Provide clearance opinions after preliminary trademark searches under supervision.
• Manage Anaqua database for training and reporting of IP activities.
• Oversee copyright filings and ensure IP guidelines compliance.
