Lexmark, a subsidiary of Xerox Corporation, seeks an Indirect Strategic Buyer to join our Global Sourcing team. You will support and execute indirect sourcing strategies, manage bidding and supplier negotiations, and identify cost-saving opportunities across multiple countries.

With 5+ years in procurement, you will lead RFP/RFQ processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive strategic supplier relationships using Ariba and BI tools. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in procurement, strategic sourcing or related roles.
• Experience with RFP/RFQ processes and supplier negotiations.
• Experience in multinational environments and with cross-country stakeholders.
• Proficient in Ariba and MS Office applications; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Advanced English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute indirect sourcing strategies across categories.
• Lead end-to-end RFP/RFQ processes and supplier negotiations.
• Manage contract terms, pricing and supplier relationships.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive savings delivery.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk and executive teams for favorable terms.
• Provide regular market insights and category knowledge.
• Coordinate purchase orders, contracts and SOW with Global Purchasing.
• Promote and use Global Sourcing tools, including Ariba.
• Monitor and report on financial performance for assigned categories.
• Drive continuous process improvement and project delivery.
