Job summary

Lexmark, a subsidiary of Xerox Corporation, is seeking a Strategic Sourcing - Category Leader to develop and implement sourcing strategies for direct and indirect categories across global, regional, and local operations. You will lead negotiations, analyze spend trends, and drive continuous improvement with data analytics and supplier performance tracking.

The role requires advanced English proficiency, LEAN tools knowledge, and travel availability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
Experience in strategic sourcing or supply chain sourcing activities is required.
Experience levels 5–7 years and 7–10 years are identified in the job profile.
Knowledge of supplier development and advanced cost reduction methods is expected.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned direct or indirect categories.
Lead global, regional, and local negotiations through RFX and RFP processes.
Analyze category spend and market trends and apply total cost of ownership to sourcing decisions.
Leverage data analytics, market intelligence, and dashboards to improve spend visibility and supplier performance.
Manage supplier relationships, performance, cost tracking, and contracts.
Lead supplier issue resolution related to pricing and continuity of supply.
