Job summary

Check Point Software is seeking a purchasing professional to handle end‑to‑end indirect procurement, analyze requests, and enforce policies while collaborating with Finance, MIS, Legal, and Operations teams for execution. You will coordinate with suppliers, analyze offers, negotiate terms, and drive cost savings across Canada, the US, and Latin America.

Qualifications

• Global customer service experience in a diverse setting.
• Experience with events marketing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Self-starter, highly organized, with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Preferably 2-3 years of purchasing, negotiation and project management experience.
• Experience creating and processing purchases through ERP (preferably SAP).
• Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs, respond to details, and act independently under pressure to close projects within timelines.
• Must be eligible to work in the country where you reside without sponsorship from an employer.

Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end indirect purchasing, including internal business request analysis, enforcing policies and procedures, and collaborating with Finance, MIS, Legal, and Operations teams for execution.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, analyze price offers, negotiate improved business terms, and implement cost mitigation/avoidance.
• Serve as a partner to business owners (employees/customers) in Canada, US, and Latin America.
• Break down complex contracts to translate data into actionable purchasing decisions.
