Job summary

Check Point Software Technologies is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end indirect purchasing and supplier relations across multiple regions. The role requires analyzing internal requests, enforcing policies, and collaborating with Finance, MIS, Legal, and Operations to execute sourcing strategies.

You will coordinate with suppliers, translate complex contracts into actionable data, and support business owners in Canada, the US, and Latin America.

Qualifications

• Global customer service in a culturally diverse setting.
• Experience with events marketing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Self-starter, very organized, able to manage multiple projects with timely execution.
• 2–3 years purchasing, negotiation and project management experience preferred.
• Experience with creating and processing purchases through ERP, preferably SAP.
• Advanced MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) skills.
• Understanding customer needs, responsive with attention to detail.
• Must be eligible to work in the country you reside in without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• End to End Indirect Purchasing: internal business request analysis.
• Enforcing policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with Finance, MIS, Legal and Operations teams for execution.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, analyzing price offers, negotiating improved terms.
• Serve as a partner to the business owner across departments/offices in Canada, US, & Latin America.
• Break down complex contracts to translate data into actionable purchasing decisions.
