Infosys Limited in Mexico City is seeking an HR operations professional to support workforce management and onboarding, with a focus on immigration compliance and visa processing for assignees and contractors.

You will implement quality standards, coordinate with internal teams, and train staff to maintain compliant filings and timely updates for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Implement quality standards through checklists and SOP deployment; supervise processing.
• Prepare visa eligibility matrix and monitor employee legal status for onsite filings.
• Prepare and deploy mechanisms to ensure compliance with local immigration regulations; audit and collect certificates.
• Deploy process/system changes; coordinate with internal teams and approve implementation plans.
• Collaborate with SP regularly; monitor SLA and vendor management.
• Inform stakeholders of timely program statuses and process changes.
• Conduct training programs to raise team knowledge.

• Implement quality standards through checklist; prepare eligibility matrix; Prepare, deploy SOP / BOK for processing, Prepare Checklists, Supervise Operations; Ensure continuous legal status of the employee while at onsite IN ORDER TO ensure defect free filing of applications.
• Prepare reports for the visa model IN ORDER TO arrive at number of applications that can be filed in a quarter.
• Prepare and deploy mechanism to enforce / track compliance to local immigration regulations; Prepare and conduct audits; Collect compliance certificates from external vendors IN ORDER TO ensure compliance to all laid down immigration regulations.
• Deploy changes in process / systems; Provide inputs to intemal teams and ratify implementation plan IN ORDER TO ensure correct deployment.
• Collaborate with SP on a regular basis; Monitor SLA and Analyze for adherence IN ORDER TO achieve effective vendor management.
• Inform stakeholders of timely status of programs / initiatives I process changes IN ORDER TO ensure effective communication.
• Conduct training programs IN ORDER TO improve the knowledge level of team.
