Gamma Recruitment in Mexico City / San Luis Potosí region seeks an experienced HR Shared Services Manager to lead payroll, data management, and HR services across multiple entities. You will drive governance, digitalization, and continuous improvement to deliver compliant and employee-centric services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related field.
• Significant progressive experience in HR Operations, HR Services, Shared Services, Payroll, HR Administration, or similar service delivery environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary HR teams.
• Experience leading HR service delivery within a multinational or matrix organization.
• Strong knowledge of payroll administration, working time management, employee data administration, and HR service delivery.
• Solid understanding of labor, tax, social security, data privacy, and records management requirements.
• Experience ensuring compliance with local and global HR policies, processes, and governance standards.
• Experience managing HR systems, HRIS optimization, system updates, testing, or implementation activities.
• Proven ability to lead process improvement, digitalization, automation, or transformational initiatives.
• Experience managing vendors, external service providers, and multiple internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong communication, consultation, influencing, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, manage, and continuously improve operational processes related to Payroll administration, Working time management, and Master data.
• Lead, manage, motivate, and develop the HR Services function with clear accountability.
• Ensure accurate delivery of HR Services per SLAs and standards.
• Maintain data integrity across HR systems for employee, payroll, and time data.
• Serve as a primary contact for employees and managers on HR Services matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor, tax, social security, data privacy, and records management.
• Oversee tax and social security filings, reconciliations, payroll records, and documentation.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement timely updates to processes and systems.
• Represent HR Services in audits and interactions with authorities.
• Govern HR systems, access rights, data protection, retention, and erasure policies.
• Coordinate local system development and global/local HR technology updates.
• Provide local input to regional/global HR on HR Services, assignments, and systems.
• Drive continuous improvement through standardization, digitalization, automation, and knowledge management.
• Ensure users receive guidance, training, and support for HR Services tools.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, vendors, auditors, and authorities.
• Manage external providers and budgets for HR Services.
• Support change management initiatives related to HR processes and structures.
