Job summary

Carrier is seeking an experienced Heat Exchanger Engineer to join the Heat Transfer Manufacturing team, coordinating with its Mexico facilities and the Syracuse team to drive design alignment and manufacturing readiness.

You will lead technical programs, perform analyses, and mentor engineers while ensuring compliance with Carrier standards and processes across global sites. Strong English communication and travel flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or related engineering discipline and 5+ years in heat exchanger design/manufacturing.
• Experience with global cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for heat exchanger design, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate between Syracuse Heat Transfer team and Carrier facilities in Mexico.
• Lead qualification and industrialization activities for new technologies.
• Analyze test results and manufacturing data to ensure design conformance.
• Mentor engineers and technicians across global teams.
• Ensure compliance with Carrier standards and safety requirements.
