Carrier México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to support heat exchanger design and manufacturing under global programs.

You will act as a technical liaison between the Heat Transfer Manufacturing team in Syracuse and Carrier facilities in Mexico, ensuring design alignment and effective knowledge transfer. The role requires 5+ years in heat exchanger engineering, strong HVAC knowledge, and ability to lead cross‑functional teams across locations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with 5+ years in heat exchanger design/manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of heat transfer, thermodynamics and HVAC concepts required.
• Experience with heat exchanger technologies (Round Tube Plate Fin, Microchannel) is a plus.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams across locations and manage programs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership for heat exchanger design, fabrication, and industrialization.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer between Syracuse and Carrier facilities in Mexico.
• Lead qualification plans, trials, process validation, and production support.
• Evaluate designs for cost, performance, and manufacturability and drive improvements.
• Mentor engineers and technicians and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
