Job summary

Vylor is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join the finance strategic projects team within our controllership organization. The GL Project Resource will drive general accounting projects, deliver Finance objectives, and partner with business teams to meet timelines.

Responsibilities include GL solution design, SAP implementations, ERP data take-on, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance and 5–8 years' controllership experience, with strong Excel/SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 5–8 years of controllership experience.
• Experience with SAP and ERP projects is essential.
• Strong Excel/Access and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate global stakeholders.
• Knowledge of GL posting, currency accounting, and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize general ledger solutions for global controllership.
• Support SAP implementations and automate GL related processes.
• Lead data intake for ERP transformation initiatives.
• Design billing processes and ensure accurate revenue/expense flows.
• Maintain project status updates and issue/risk tracking.
• Train business teams on changes and new processes.
• Coordinate with global teams and local accounting networks.
• Ensure timely monthly and year-end close deliverables.
