Genpact is seeking an experienced Sr. Analyst - Process Analytics to lead controllership, financial reporting, and PCA processes across global projects. You will work with Oracle or SAP ERP data, track KPIs, and coordinate with PMO to ensure accurate cost and revenue recognition.

The role requires strong analytics, proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools, and experience in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Hybrid work in Mexico combines collaboration and autonomously driven tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in analytics, CS, stats or data science.
• Certifications in APICS/CSCP/CPIM or CPSM are a plus.
• Experience with data analytics, financial reporting and project controls.

Responsabilités

• Manage project controllership and financial reporting per internal controls.
• Analyze project performance to improve margin and cash flow.
• Support invoicing, cash collection and ERP data maintenance.
