ZF Group in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a General Ledger and Fixed Assets Accountant to manage GL and FA activities, post journal entries and reconcile accounts.

You will handle depreciation calculations, capitalisation processes, month‑end closings, and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages for headquarters.

The role requires 2–4 years in GL/FA, strong analytical and teamwork skills, MS Office expertise, and knowledge of MX/US GAAP; SAP/QAD is a plus.

Formación

• Accounting or Finance degree and 2-4 years GL/FA experience.
• Proactive approach with teamwork.
• Strong analytical and problem solving, customer service and continuous improvement are essential.
• MS Office proficiency; SAP/QAD knowledge is a plus.
• MX and US GAAP knowledge.
• Strong experience in Internal Controls.
• High legal and ethical standards.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for GL & FA activities, GL and FA accounts reconciliation, GL & FA accounts analysis, and GL and FA additional projects as required.
• Create, Calculate and Post journal entries.
• Inter-company account balancing.
• FA Depreciation Calculations, FA Capitalization process.
• Month end closings and trial balance submissions to headquarters.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages.
• Ensure all policies & procedures are updated & documented and encourage excellent customer service to ZF operating units and corporate finance.
