Gowan Company is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to manage finance projects for Mergers and Acquisitions and act as a high‑impact finance business partner. You will build dynamic financial models, report results, and deliver insights to leadership to drive profitable growth.

The role collaborates with cross‑functional partners to evaluate risks, plan budgets, forecast, and explain variances. Strong Excel, Power BI, and communication skills are required for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (MBA a plus).
• 5+ years of financial and data analysis experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; strong analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financial information.
• Analyze financial data to create pro forma models for evaluating M&A opportunities.
• Deliver monthly financials and explain variances vs budget and forecast.
• Provide strategic finance guidance to facilitate decision-making across the organization.
