Job summary

Bring IT is seeking an analytical FP&A Specialist to join its Finance team. You will support budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting across global operations, transforming financial data into actionable insights for strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with Finance leadership and business stakeholders, develop Power BI dashboards, and deliver management reports and presentations. Strong Excel and English skills are essential, with 2+ years FP&A experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or related function.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas, Pivot Tables, financial models, scenario analysis, and data manipulation.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI/data visualization tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Maintain and update financial forecasting models and planning tools.
• Perform monthly financial and operational variance analysis.
• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and key drivers.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and management concerns.
• Prepare recurring management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Perform scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and ad hoc analysis.
• Consolidate financial information across regions, units, and functions.
• Partner with Finance and leaders to collect and validate data.
• Support KPI development and tracking.

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Specialist to join Bring IT's Finance team.

In this role, you will support the company's financial planning, forecasting, modeling, reporting, and business analytics activities across our global operations. You will work closely with Finance leadership and key business stakeholders to transform financial and operational data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Support Bring IT's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Maintain and update financial forecasting models and planning tools.
• Perform monthly financial and operational performance analysis, including budget vs. actual and forecast variance analysis.
• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and other key financial and operational drivers.
• Identify financial trends, risks, opportunities, and areas requiring management attention.
• Prepare recurring management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations.
• Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and financial reporting tools.
• Perform scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Consolidate and analyze financial information across regions, business units, and functions.

Required Qualifications
