Flowserve is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong English proficiency to support the Pumps & Seals Aftermarket group. You will analyze complex data, build forecasts, and deliver insights to senior leadership across a global organization.

You will partner with commercial, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to improve forecasting accuracy, reporting capabilities, and commercial performance. This is a highly visible role influencing decisions at the highest levels.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in business analysis or analytics roles.
• Advanced Excel skills with data modeling and forecasting.
• Experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, BPC).
• Proven ability to create reports, dashboards, and KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and performance drivers.
• Develop sales, demand, and production forecasts for global aftermarket.
• Create executive reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses for leadership.
• Translate requirements into analytical solutions to improve visibility.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, supply chain, and finance teams.
