Flowserve US Inc in Querétaro seeks a Senior Business Analyst with English proficiency to support the Pumps & Seals Aftermarket business. You will analyze complex data, develop forecasts, and deliver insights for senior leadership worldwide.

The role collaborates with commercial, operations, supply chain, and finance teams, leveraging ERP, BI tools, and reporting systems to improve forecasting accuracy and drive performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, commercial analytics, sales forecasting, demand planning, financial planning, or a related analytical role.
• Experience supporting commercial operations, business planning, and operational decision-making.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle BPC, or similar enterprise systems.
• Proven experience developing reports, dashboards, KPIs, and business performance analyses.
• Strong data extraction, validation, cleansing, normalization, and quality management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

• Extract, validate, cleanse, normalize, and analyze data from ERP and other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain standardized reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics.

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with ENGLISH PROFICIENCY to support the global Pumps & Seals Aftermarket business and partner closely with senior commercial operations leadership. This highly visible individual contributor role will analyze complex business data, develop sales, demand, and production forecasts, deliver actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making across a global organization. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, advanced analytical capabilities, and experience working with ERP, business intelligence, and reporting systems to improve forecasting accuracy, identify business opportunities and risks, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive commercial performance and operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to influence key decisions at the highest levels of the organization while collaborating with commercial, operations, supply chain, and finance teams worldwide.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, commercial analytics, sales forecasting, demand planning, financial planning, or a related analytical role.
• Strong experience supporting commercial operations, business planning, and operational decision-making.
