Novartis is seeking a Global Finance Master Data Senior Specialist (temporary) to ensure accuracy and governance of customer and finance master data across the organization. You will support daily operations, drive process excellence, and collaborate with global teams to strengthen data governance and controls.

This role emphasizes onboarding, knowledge sharing, and delivering standardized processes, while contributing to SOX compliance and a strong control environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance processes and master data management in a multinational environment.
• Strong SAP ECC, BW knowledge and master data concepts (customer/controlling).
• Experience with SAP MDG, Qlik Sense, shared service operations, or finance transformation initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Process and maintain customer, finance, and controlling master data in SAP and related systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Deliver onboarding, training, and guidance to stakeholders; maintain process docs and training materials.
• Lead onboarding of new team members and promote governance, controls, and process improvements.
