Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing accounting experience.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership in finance, controllership, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial, accounting, cost, tax, internal control, compliance, and international trade functions.
• Prepare, review, analyze, and report timely financial statements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Coordinate audits and ensure SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican and U.S. tax/customs regulations.
