Job summary

Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Delivery to plan, co-design, and execute global programs (in-person and hybrid) within the products department. You will partner with HEIs and vendors, develop and manage virtual programs, and oversee speakers, curricula, and services for a worldwide audience.

Responsibilities include program delivery from needs assessment to execution, negotiations with partners, and delivering training and events while maintaining deadlines

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with adult learning, events, instructional design, and contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and evaluation for assigned signature events and programs.
• Negotiate partnerships with HEIs and content providers; coordinate speakers and vendors.
• Ensure successful onsite/online program delivery and generate data reports for reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across global audiences and time zones.
• Track program analytics and support quarterly/annual product reviews.
