Job summary

Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) is a global nonprofit of business founders and owners, seeking a Senior Manager, Product Delivery to lead the planning, co-design, and execution of worldwide programs in-person and hybrid. You will partner with top content providers, HEIs, and vendors to develop and deliver Nano Learning, speaker series, and forums for our diverse audience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or four years of equivalent project management experience.
• Experience with adult learning, events, instructional design, project management, contract negotiation, and associations is a plus.
• Strong teamwork across cultures, geographies, and time zones with excellent written and verbal English.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Takes lead product delivery and evaluation role for assigned signature events and projects.
• Staff design expert for member engagement opportunities (live and virtual) with program delivery, logistics, marketing, and engagement focus.
• Ensure successful onsite/online leadership program delivery and collaborate with internal and external units; produce data reports.
• Provide timely data reports after iterations and support evaluation with trends and competitor practices insights.
• Manage assigned products from needs assessment to execution and evaluation.
• Evaluate learning, forum, and community programs globally; conduct RFPs and manage vendor selection.
• Serve as product owner and event organizer with oversight of product data, finances, and curriculum inputs.
• Coordinate with products team to align delivery with plan and budget; co-design tailor-made programs with speakers and agendas.
• Negotiate partnerships with HEIs and content providers; oversee registrations and inquiries.
• Evaluate programs, conduct debriefings, and implement improvements; track program analytics and quarterly/annual reports.
• Liaise with analysis teams to support product reviews and provide staff with ongoing training and event support.
• Provide staff support across product workstreams and participate in regular calls and in-person meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
